Welcome to Cencori, a multi-tenant AI infrastructure platform provided by FohnAI ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cencori platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through our platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Service thereafter. The Cencori codebase is open-source under the Apache License 2.0. This allows for community contributions and transparency. However, FohnAI reserves all commercial rights to the Cencori platform, including hosted services, enterprise features, and proprietary additions, which may be offered under separate commercial agreements.

6. Paid Services and Billing

Certain features of the Service may require payment. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with your use of paid services. All payments are processed by third-party payment processors, and you agree to their terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change our pricing policies at any time. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
