Website chat and share links

Open the agent's Settings → Website, switch on Website chat, and add the sites it may appear on. Visitors always talk to the published version.

Paste this into your site's HTML, just before </body>. Copy the real snippet from Settings → Install: it carries your widget's key.

That adds a launcher in the corner of the page. To put the chat inside the page instead, for example on a contact or help page, use inline mode:

The key is public and safe to put in your HTML: the chat only loads on the sites you've listed.

The script works on any site that lets you add custom code.

WordPress. Install a header and footer code plugin (WPCode, or Insert Headers and Footers), open its settings, and paste the snippet into the Footer box. If your theme has a "custom code" or "footer scripts" setting, that works too.

Webflow. Go to Site settings → Custom code, paste the snippet into Footer code, save and publish the site. For inline mode on one page, add an Embed element where the chat should go and paste the inline snippet into it. Custom code needs a paid Webflow site plan.

Framer. Go to Site settings → General → Custom code, paste the snippet into End of <body> tag, and publish. For inline mode, add an Embed component to the page and paste the inline snippet into it.

Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and others. Look for a custom code, code injection or theme footer setting, and paste the snippet there.

Then add your site's domain under Websites in the agent's settings. Use *.example.com to include subdomains. If the chat doesn't appear, the domain list is the first thing to check.

• Launcher: a card with the agent's orb and a heading, or a pill with an icon and text.
• Title: shown at the top of the chat.
• Greeting: the first message visitors see.
• Colour: the launcher, the visitor's messages and buttons.
• Position: which corner of the page.

Conversations per day protects your balance from abuse. Each conversation is also capped at 40 messages, and each connection at 20 new conversations an hour.

You don't need a website. Copy link gives you a page with just the chat, at https://cencori.com/talk/…. Put it in your Instagram bio, a QR code on the table, an email signature or a WhatsApp status.
