Plans for businesses
One monthly price in naira, counted in conversations. What each plan includes, how conversations are counted, and how to pay.
If you signed up to run agents for your business, you pay a flat monthly price in naira for the conversations your agents have. There are no tokens or credits to keep track of.

Free trial
Sign up at business.cencori.com. Every business starts with a free trial: 14 days or 50 conversations, whichever comes first, with one agent. No card needed.
What counts as a conversation
One customer's chat with your agent: on WhatsApp, on your website or through your share link. A conversation lasts up to 40 messages, or until there's been a day of quiet. After that, the customer's next message starts a new one.
Trying your agent in Preview doesn't count.
When conversations run out
Chats already going keep going. New ones don't start:
- On WhatsApp, customers get a short reply asking them to call or visit you.
- On your website, the chat says it isn't taking new conversations.
The top bar shows how many you've used (for example 212 / 500 chats), and the agent's overview warns you when you're out. Renew or upgrade under Billing to turn new conversations back on straight away.
Paying
Open Organization settings → Billing (or click the chats counter in the top bar) and choose a plan. You pay in naira by card or bank transfer, for 30 days at a time.
- Renewing early keeps the days you had left: renew the same plan with 5 days to go and you get 35.
- Changing plan starts a new 30 days on the new plan straight away, with its full number of conversations.
Building with the API instead?
Developer accounts use credits and the developer plans on the pricing page: you pay for AI usage as you go, and can choose any model.
